Scooperb is a unique dessert restaurant, inspired by the beautiful flavours and aromatic spices of South Asia.
Their products are all natural, eggless, and vegetarian, which are handcrafted and churned with very little air, resulting in purer, more robust flavours, as well as the creamiest textures you can find.
#mkt was tasked with reviewing the company’s digital presence, in order to get it up to date and attract not only new customers but also new franchisees to expand their restaurant locations across the UK.
Eating an ice cream brings everyone great childhood memories and feelings, and that’s exactly what we wanted the users to reminisce and experience.
Based on the complexity of the project, we have created a short and long term strategy and grouped different services and associated goals in different timescales, depending on the projected ROI.
Therefore, we first tackled Google and Social Media ads alongside a brand new social media strategy, as PPC ads provide quick short-term results and social media due to its influence across Scooperb’s target audience. We have created 2 ad campaigns: one to increase the restaurant’s footfall and another one to secure new franchisees; and we have also reimagined the company’s social media presence by capturing beautiful and appetising photographs and creating engaging video content.
The next step was to create a brand new website that would feel modern and minimalistic, and would not only contain playful and interactive elements that would keep the users engaged but also individual restaurant pages with the restaurant details and associated delivery providers to increase sales. So we included mouse-following objects, automatic text rotation on page and on scroll, image accordions, and sticky elements across the website, and have also created a shop locator which would show the users the nearby restaurants.
Lastly, and greatly due to the performance we have achieved, we have been contracted to liaise with Scooperb’s interior designers and collectively come up with a whole new style and feel for the new restaurants. These would include instagrammable walls to increase organic followers and customers, new window displays that would match their social media, and an educational wall showing clients the health benefits of some restaurant’s unique products.
